Plot Summary

The Warrior of the Green Belt is a story that sings the fortunes of a great hero, the only son of a widow who leaves his home in Ireland to seek his fortune and the hand of the princess in marriage. On his journey he travels between the Western and Eastern worlds and encounters enchanted creatures who help him overcome all obstacles – brave opponents, fearsome giants and wicked sorcerers – and gain the love of the princess.
